Touch and Go!

Touch Banking access is available to Global Western Finanace online personal banking customers. To download the Touch Banking app, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Create an online banking account from your home PC. (You can do that by clicking "Enroll" in the Online Banking login box on our home page of the website; Or, simply follow this link.)
  2. Download the Touch Banking Mobile App from your Google Play Store or App Store and select “install” to begin the download.
  3. Enter the Touch Banking App Code: GoMobile1150
  4. Enter your online banking username when prompted.
  5. Enter your online banking password when prompted.
  6. Once your information is verified, Touch Banking will launch – enabling you to access your accounts.

Mobile Banking Security

At Global Western Finanace, we take your privacy very seriously. Touch Banking utilizes the same multifactor authentication as Global Western Finanace online banking services.

  • User passwords are never stored
  • Personal and sensitive information is encrypted
  • Close your web browser or the mobile banking app and your session immediately ends

As a good security measure, Global Western Finanace strongly recommends password protecting your mobile device. If your phone is lost or stolen, access your online banking account and select “deactivate your mobile banking access”.
